Right now, if a user-defined series is selected as visible in plot+table, and the observations are saved (download/simple), the underlying band is saved, not the user-defined one. This makes subsequent analysis difficult if the point was to separate the observations into groups for specific consideration. The reason is that the observation bands are not changed when the user-defined series is created, despite the new series observations being a copy of the original.
