[FEAT] Support wasm

hi @AAkira

Need your help to check this PR, and maybe provide an alpha/canary version would like to use wasm in one of my projects 😄

Could you also fix the tests? CI's Java version is out of date, please fix it to 17.

Thank you for your commitment. I checked this and I fixed the tests.

I removed coroutine tests in Napier because it isn't checked now.
