Cannot install ComplexHeatmap #9

Hello,

I am having trouble installing ComplexHeatmap and cannot load countToFPKM. It looks like it downloads ComplexHeatmap only as a binary.

Hi

Installing ComplexHeatmap from Biocondctor should work fine in most cases. However, it seems that you have problems with ComplexHeatmap dependancies that you need to solve frist. I would try the following:

A- To remove and install "Cairo" package , the ComplexHeatmap dependancy, then try to install ComplexHeatmap again. B- if re-installing "Cairo" did not solve the problem, other error messages showed problem with other dependancies, I would recommand you to to start fresh installing by removing all R librararies and install ComplexHeatmap, then countToFPKM.
