Does the app monitor and download any new item of the profile added to it automatically? #5

As the tile says, does the program track and download any new content published on the profile added to it? Can find any settings on how to do that...

The program will only download new posts until the program finds ID that is already downloaded. Post IDs are stored in the user folder. No special configuration is required.
