Can we run this code on windows 10 #15

Hi, I am using windows 10 . you have mentioned that the prerequisites are Linux and mac-os. Can i run this code on windows.

If you can get Pytorch and the other libraries installed successfully (Visdom is not mandatory), then sure why not. But I have not confirmed this works for sure.
