memcached node selection fails if no "regular" node exists #15

As reported by Erik there's an error if all configured nodes are also set as 
failover nodes ([1]), so that no "regular" nodes are registered.

This case needs to be handled.

Fixed, in this case an Exception is thrown during init so that one needs to fix 
this 
configuration issue
