update readme with a section on projects using this #168

First, I think it's not the most important part in the readme, so positioning it as the first is weird.

Second, I think we agreed to name these projects "Plugins" - it makes the intent much clearer than "projects using this project".

Both good points. Do you think it should be at the end of the table of contents?

Probably. I'd actually consider moving this to wiki for easier updating, and maybe add a link to wiki page in README.

Reasoning behind wiki: it's not an information associated with a given version/commit.
