The renderer should be a system to allow for more versatile rendering to fit everyone's needs.

This is actually impossible as send sync now needs to be implemented for all systems (which is kind of a pain). This is impossible to implement until there is a solution to https://github.com/ABC-Engine/ABC-ECS/issues/6, so I will close this issue for now.
