Setting up Opac for windows #339

Setting up Opac for windows required the following actions:
- Reset database copies;
- Reset Loanobjects database;
- Reset MARC database control number;
- Synchronization of the opac_conf folder with the Linux version;
- Fixed some bugs in PHP scripts.
