Circulation review

The Circulation Module has been extensively revised to correct some problems:

• Calculation of fines that were not displayed after the item was returned;
• Triggering of receipts;

Implementations:

• Created field 85 in the Trans database to store the loan policy at the time of action.
• Created the parameters for better configuration of the local currency. [filling in these parameters is mandatory].
• Implemented the display of fine calculation in real time.
