Number of SNPs in ABCD_release_2.0.1 bim file #14

Hi,

In the read me in the ABCD release 2 folder, it says that there 527,285 SNPs after QC but when I check ABCD_release_2.0.1_r1 bim file it only has 517,724. I am planning to impute the genetic data for my analyses and just want to confirm I am starting with the correct file.
