Summary

Added CUSTOM_ADDONS definitions in client/config.js
Made highlevel api for dealing with cannon & obj entities in memory
Added exports for creating entities and components
Bugs fixed: Infinite Serverfinding due to no gamemode found, set cstr not freeing existing ptr correctly, DMA proxy setter not returning true
Changed "cameraEntity" to actually being a CameraEntity in some files.
Changed the github cdn we use for wail to jsdelivr

Confirm the following:
