Save dataset using original template excel styles

@LIN810116 This looks good to me - I've made some suggestions but those can be created as new issues and updated in future versions. Would be great if you could please merge and create a release? I'll check this off the milestone list Thanks!

Hi @PrasadBabarendaGamage, The first release is now created: v1.0.0
