  1. ATLAS Cohort extraction function is not available now
  2. note_text extraction according to the note_types is not available
  3. A single note_type of a single condition diagnosed patients contains reports of diverse organs or anatomic sites. Additional preprocessing such as adding user-defined regexpr or term selection is needed

1 & 2 are updated yet 3 still needs to be updated.

Data extraction need to be separated into 2 parts; DB connection and Uploading file from the local environment.
