Noticed some issues with the x86 shared objects in SciChartLicenseServer.zip.

linux-x86/native/libSciChartLicenseServer.so
- this appears to be a 64-bit ELF
win-x86/native/SciChartLicenseServer.dll
- this appears to be missing the ABI references to the C and C++ functions - I see only C# and SWIG references
