Fix email formatting for alumni #128

Using the [mail] links on the website does not work properly with emails with the symbol "#" but does work with emails with "@"

This is intentional to prevent the email addresses from becoming spam targets. Though there may be a better way to do that.

Sounds good, we should do the opposite where the existing emails with @ gets changed to # instead
