Update abtech.org design #165

  1. All headers (HTML h1, Markdown #), are now centered
  2. Events archive description has been shortened
  3. Officer bios have rounded corners and no padding
  4. Member list is changed from "{last_name}, {first_name}" format to "{first_name} {last_name}" format
  5. Increased spacing for AB Tech logo on main page
  6. Name corrections

@wjiang42 my only note is the top/bottom of the textbox looks a bit cut off to me in mobile, but if you're fine with this then I'll merge! image

Currently the text box is even more cut-off on mobile, so I think it's fine to merge.
