Add event start and end time to quotes/invoices #172

Also add multiple venues - I've often gotten questions about that from event organizers, why their Rangos 1-3 event is only in Rangos 1

How do you want this to behave with events that have multiple eventdates? Currently, invoices just show the date of the first eventdate--should it be showing dates and times for all eventdates or just one?

With venues, I changed it so that the "Venue" field on the invoice/quote lists all venues for all eventdates.

Events with multiple eventdates either should have all of them or just one... but I can't think of any way that Tracker could know which to use. And for events like carnival, you'd have a separate page just for all the events.

Uh. No idea. I think the simplest solution would be a "show on invoice" checkbox next to each additional eventdate, but is it worth it?

I'm not really sure how worth it it is. I don't know how necessary it is for organizations to see the times their events are at on the invoice (mostly I think because event organizers are usually the ones who set the times). One suggestion I do have, though, would be to replace the event date displayed on the invoice with a range of dates representing all of the event's eventdates, instead of just showing the date of the first eventdate.

Very necessary. About 1/3 don't even know their own start time (within reservation times), and their acceptance of the quote is "legally binding" (or as close as we could get to a contract). We've also run into issues where orgs don't want to pay more because supposedly we had the start/end times wrong. This would alleviate those potential issues.

I'm fine with the range of dates.
