Display subevent runcrew position in brackets in payroll #532

Finds runcrew position of every member that has billed for a subevent in the payroll index.

I am very confident that this is a poor solution, however it works. Please critique

If a member for an event has an overall event role, but is not assigned a role for that specific eventdate, trying to index the event roles causes an error

Cannot test this locally as my javascript is broken, but this should display all roles for each member
