Some events require techies to operate and train others on artillery, such as t-shirt cannons.

I think it does not need a respective shoulder or assistant position a la food.

Hmmm how should the role ordering be? Is cannon more important than airhorn or food?

I'm personally fine with it after airhorn. What is a t-shirt cannon but a ballistic airhorn anyways?

Right so it is arguably more powerful than an airhorn because it is ballistic.
