[UPD] {BACKBURNER} 🔧: Support for PROS 4 #1

Support for PROS 4 will be added once PROS 4 reaches it's first stable branch. I haven't updated the Library to 4.0.0 solely due to my personal preference to not rewrite a whole new Odom/Path Planning/IMU library like Okapilib or LemLib.

This will be the main conversational issue for PROS 4 support, but there will be smaller issues created once I begin updating the Library to pros 4.
