This will require changing the web app as well (check box for Row_Col or LinkID) + need to specify the format (TWS:RNG:...etc). Need to point to gdb version & csv as well.

Use a weighted average based on QS area or just unique IDs?

Now QS IDs can be converted to km IDs. Still need a wrapper and options to provide QS IDs for the reporting loops (similar to spatial).
