Redesign results sent to user #15

Need to define what goes into the sent mail attachment. Currently, a flat csv.

Proposal:

flat csv
version & session info
spatial IDs
single species figures
multi species figures
metadata document (possibly a vignette)

Possibly design a reactive SPA tying together the output components, open standalone SPA in browser, or make it a Shiny app (have 2 options? shiny and standalone).

description of input (species list, spatial IDs + map) + session/version info

Output size is large (~1MB/spp), need to optimize image resolution.

b90eefa23698455a142f2bc25f570e90c5e90e66 closes this. It is now in a script format. Might become a function. It will not send email, but will create a zip file for download (link sent in email).
