Abundance for birds #50

Currently we use ha level abundances. This leads to 1/100 the actual abundance when adding up pixels. Should this be added just for birds (or for all taxa)? Or at least noted somewhere? NOTE: this cancels out for intactness, and does not matter for rel abundance.

ha level density matches values for other taxa sampled in 1 ha plots.
