Docker container with local copy of data #6

Create a Docker container (instead of zip download) with all the data, so that it can be deployed as a micro-service or use locally (through Docker/Kitematic). Faster to download only once and then use the local copy.

Needs some configs to set, but should be relatively easy building on the opencpu/rstudio image. Having rstudio would allow interactive use, e.g. to retrieve and manipulate spatial objects. The ocpu component would allow to run the webapps locally (i.e. skipping command line).

Data is 38G, this is not the best option.
