The power supply had levels and harmonics of around -85 dBFS at the output. This isn't too bad but I would like to see it lower for something at the very beginning of the signal chain.

An LTspice model might help with this. Some possibilities would be implementing a PI filter (better filtering) and switching to full bridge rectifier (lower ripple and 120 Hz fundamental instead of 60).
