Integration Tests with Hyp3-Test #23

Because the final data products are quite complex - it may be worthwhile to include a simple ARIA-tools check for such an integration test.

For example, for a GUNW something like:

ariaExtract.py --layers coherence --file '<gunw_id>.nc'

And make sure the ARIA-tools outputs are generated correctly. Even better, may be some small time series of products e.g.

ariaTSsetup.py -b '<ymin ymax xmin xmax>' -f '*.nc'

The tutorial for the time series setup is here (will have to view the file locally since it does display correctly on github): https://github.com/aria-tools/ARIA-tools-docs/blob/master/JupyterDocs/ariaTSsetup/ariaTSsetup_tutorial.ipynb

To clarify, from Joe:

Hyp3 API will run on dev and main branch and then the products from each will be compared.

@sssangha - figure out a time-series and list the input SLC ids here (maybe over ridge crest?). Don't make it too long because this test will cost money. Each product costs about $.30-.40 and then x2 because we will test using two different depolyments.
