CMORiser for ERSSTv5 (1854-2018) Data in ESMValCore #192

We need to develop a CMORiser for the ERSSTv5 (Extended Reconstructed Sea Surface Temperature, Version 5) dataset covering the period from 1854 to 2018. ERSSTv5 provides a high-quality, comprehensive record of sea surface temperatures, crucial for understanding oceanic and climate variability.

Variable to be added: Sea surface temperature (ts)
