Add support for CREATE-IP NCI collection qu79 #194

Description: We need to add support for the CREATE-IP NCI collection (qu79) in the ESMValTool-workflow. This will involve changes to the configuration files to ensure that the workflow can access and properly handle this data set.

Tasks:

  1. Update the ESMValTool configuration files to include support for qu79.
  2. Verify that the data is already formatted correctly and determine if CMORisation is necessary. Based on initial checks, CMORisation might not be required.
  3. Test the integration with ESMValTool to ensure full compatibility with existing recipes.
