CMORISE LAI3g #50

The CMORISER expect files to be unzip in a LAI folder while the file I got from Greg would unzip in an lai3g folder... The code is not very flexible...

The CMORISER expects a AVHRR_BULAI3g_v1_ prefix. This can be change in the yml config file of the cmoriser but I just renamed the files..

Also need to change the extension from .abl to bin (expected by the cmoriser)
