Current STASH includes a tracer flux field which is not defined in concentration driven runs. Causes problems in post-processing and file comparisons and should be removed.
As from the ESM stand up meeting, I'm uploading csvs for the variables saved by the existing pre-industrial and historical configurations here for record keeping. I've also attached the csv files at the bottom in case its easier to work with them directly.
Atmosphere monthly output:
Atmosphere daily output
Atmosphere timeseries output
Ice monthly output
Ice daily output
The ocean has many different output streams, so I've just categorised by the NetCDF file names
ocean_bcg_ann.nc
ocean_bgc_mth.nc
ocean_bgc.csv
ocean_month.nc
ocean_scalar.nc
atm_daily_output.csv atm_monthly_output.csv atm_timeseries_output.csv ice_daily_output.csv ice_monthly_output.csv ocean_bgc_ann.csv ocean_bgc_mth.csv ocean_bgc.csv ocean_month.csv ocean_scalar.csv
David Hutchinson has uploaded his modified miocene diagnostics configuration

Configuring what is output from the UM is confusing for most users.
Rachel Law suggests there could be a pre-configured "library" of STASHC files for a range of applications:
https://forum.access-hive.org.au/t/access-esm1-5-amip-run-with-payu-model-output-volume/853/11
@dkhutch suggested something similar, and suggests that during spinup ocean output frequency could be much reduced

These are a good ideas. Could these be "profiles" be stored in a sub-directory and use linking or similar to select the desired output profile?
