Identify historical restart locations #8

The COECMS access-esm historical configuration has some included scripts for creating payu compatible inputs from previous experiments

The intention is to separate this code from the model configuration https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/access-esm1.5-configs/issues/7.

As a result there needs to be some pre-configured model restarts for the historical run to enable users to branch their own experiments from it.

Steps:

  1. Create a workflow to generate these restarts (including metadata/documentation for how they were created and to recreate if necessary)
  2. Decide what restarts to create
  3. Generate restarts and copy them to a suitable location in /g/data/vk83/
