[DATA REQUEST] Add WOA13 climatology

Description of the data product

The WOA13 climatology is used as the initial conditions for a lot of runs, but currently isn't accessible via access-nri-intake-catalog. It is required for at least one COSIMA Recipe, "Compare Temperature and Salinity from ACCESS-OM2 to WOA13" - see https://github.com/COSIMA/cosima-recipes/pull/355

I would like to have the ACCESS-NRI Replica collection for model evaluation (https://forum.access-hive.org.au/t/official-release-of-the-access-nri-replicated-datasets-for-climate-model-evaluation-nci-data-collection/1661) available in the intake catalogue.

We could start the process by adding the WOA13 data that is in /g/data/ct11/access-nri/replicas/esmvaltool/obsdata-v2/Tier2/WOA
