Related to #191 , we want to confirm exactly which of the previous access-nri-intake-catalog catalogues are backwards-compatible with the current release of access-nri-intake-catalog.

Confirmed that all existing catalog versions on /g/data/xp65/public/apps/access-nri-intake-catalog/ load under the current version of access-nri-intake-catalog (catalogs v0.0.8 through v0.1.3 inclusive).
