COSIMA metadata.yaml should be moved to experiment base directories

Currently, the metadata.yaml files for all the COSIMA products in the catalog are here: /g/data/tm70/intake/metadata. We need to reach out to the data owners for these products and ask them to replace their metadata.yaml files that exist in the base directories of each product with those in /g/data/tm70/intake/metadata, which contain additional metadata.
