WW3 requires an input mod_def.ww3 be present in the work directory
The driver used to look for an input containing "mod_def.ww3" in the filename and copy that to the work directory
With the above PR, the driver now symlinks an input called "mod_def.ww3" to the work directory
The only change that is needed to this configuration is to create a symbolic link called mod_def.ww3 that links to /g/data/ik11/inputs/cime/inputdata/2023-03-10/wav/ww3/ww3a.mod_def.ww3.wwver7.14.220506 and then include that symlink in the inputs in config.yaml. I'll open a PR now.
I've made a change to the Payu driver that will require a minor change to this configuration. To summarise:
