Add Rajin's IP address to allowed hosts #105

A failure of the LDAP server caused accessdev to block the compute nodes on raijin.

Need to add the ip address 192.43.239.93 to allowed hosts to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Actually, is this part of the NCI bundle? I haven't look at the NCI puppet bundle.

Yes, DenyHosts is installed and managed by the core framework. Right now it doesn't do anything with the "allowed-hosts" file but we'll add the ability to specify these entries in Hiera. In the meantime, you can use the "file_line" Puppet resource to add the line that you need.
