Systems such as:
- satellite bias correction
- satellite observation monitoring
- obs based verification
- Verify
are required for development, and used by many people.
In the list of utilities there should be an extra column added with link to the svn repository and the release number for the latest "stable" version
From now on, however
- modifications should be reviewed
- this should include testing procedures for the modifications
keyword_UtilsWG| by pjs548@nci.org.auThere is a significant codes base of existing and important utilities, that are not fully up to the standards required. However they are critical to the NWP development project.
These systems need to be managed, requiring a certain amount of flexibility.
