Copy KGO for new OPS feature's stem test to common location #294

A new feature to be added to the OPS, needs the KGO for its stem test to be copied to the common location.

The KGO for the test is located here:

/home/548/sjr548/cylc-run/ops-2016.09.0_extraobs_bufrdir/log/job/1/ops_process_from_extraobsodb_bogus_global__ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror__v1 /home/548/sjr548/cylc-run/ops-2016.09.0_extraobs_bufrdir/work/1/ops_process_from_extraobsodb_bogus_global__ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror__v1

Can these be copied into the following directory structure? /g/data/access/OPS/KGO/control-t667/log/job/1/ops_process_from_extraobsodb_bogus_global__ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror__v1 /g/data/access/OPS/KGO/control-t667/work/1/ops_process_from_extraobsodb_bogus_global__ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror__v1 i.e. the log and work directories for the task ops_process_from_extraobsodb_bogus_global__ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror__v1 should be located under /g/data/access/OPS/KGO/control-t667, preserving the directory structure.

Directory now has open permissions for dp9, so am able to copy the directories myself.
