Copying some files from jasmin to NCI #297

Dear Colleagues,

could you, please, mirror the files listed at the bottom of this message to NCI, preserving the directory structure? With the exception of 'external' which should be called 'ext' in our system. These files are currently stored on jasmin. I need them to run a rose stem test for var.

  4. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/VAR/data_64/mi-ad024/share/data/2015020406/glu_varobs_2580_thinned_20deg

  5. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/VAR/data_64/mi-ad024/share/data/2015020400/glu_ls_n24/umglaa_ca009 And create ./VAR/data_64/mi-ad024/share/data/2015020400/glu_ls_n24_mid and then link ../glu_ls_n24/umglaa_ca009 to umglaa_ca009

  6. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/VAR/external/VAR/control/VarGrid/gl/N72_EG/v1 And link v1 to 25904 Please remember to replace 'external' with 'ext' in this path.

  7. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/VAR/data_64/CovStats/gl/N320L70/v4/CovStats

  8. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/OPS/external/OPS/control/Sonde_coeffs/gl/L70/v3 And link (relative path here and everywhere else; I mean a simple ln -s v3 17994) v3 to 17994 in the same directory. Please call the 'external' directory 'ext', also for all the files listed below

  9. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/OPS/external/Data/RTTOV7_coeffs/default/v38 And link v38 to 36132 in the same directory

  10. /group_workspaces/jasmin2/tids/OPS/external/Data/SatRad_coeffs/default/v102 And link v102 to 36132 in the same directory

Dear Colleagues,

I realised meanwhile that VarGrid and CovStats as well as OPS-related files can already be found on our system, so items 6-10 in my list. However, I would still need items 1-5.
