copy OPS builds to share loc #299

I've rebuilt the 2016.03.0 builds of OPS, fixing the fcm module version.

The builds are in /home/548/sjr548/cylc-run/ops-2016.03.0_nci_rls_bld/share/fcm_make_ops_x86_64_ifort_opt_mirror /home/548/sjr548/cylc-run/ops-2016.03.0_nci_rls_bld/share/fcm_make_ops_x86_64_ifort_debug_mirror

Can you copy these builds to /projects/access/nwpdir/share/APS3/OPS/ops-2016.03.0 /projects/access/nwpdir/share/APS3/OPS/ops-2016.03.0.debug replacing the old builds In fact the only difference is to one script in the build/bin, so only the bins need to be replaced. Also, the readme info is valid, but can be updated wit a note that

The script was updated to delete fcm and not specify the fcm version loaded, at [4390].
