openmpi version consistency #320

I have changed my suites to use openmpi/1.10.2 so as to arrive at a consistent set of modules for oasis, gcom, dr hook and the UM, MOM and CICE plus IPM.

Works fine, is reproducible in that generates same first months surface temperatures as al623.

So, should we all move to 1.10.2 for consistency?
