reconfig cant find STASHmaster_A #336

In the standard suite u-ap748, reconfiguration fails looking for user added STASHmaster_A (error message below). app/um/rose-app.conf has been modified to include "STASHmstr=.." rather than standard AMIP modification "STASHmstr=." as appropriate for model run. However inconsistent with reconfiguration.

QuickFix - artiicially copied to work/XXXX/ and re-triggered.

A better fix may be approriate.

Error message: Error opening STASHmaster file:../STASHmaster_A : ? file not found, unit 10, file /short/p66/jxs599/cylc-run/au-aa644/work/00010101T0000Z/recon/../STASHmaster_A ? Error from processor: 0

In app/um/rose-app.conf follow setup of AMIP runs and use

STASHMSTR=.

In app/coupled/rose-app.conf create a link with

[file:$ATM_RUNDIR/STASHmaster_A]
mode=symlink
source=$CYLC_TASK_WORK_DIR/STASHmaster_A
