location of cable.nml in suite #337

cable runtime switches etc defined in cable.nml

cable.nml defined in app/um/rose-app.conf:

[file:cable.nml] source=namelist:cable

[namelist:cable] cable_user%diag_soil_resp='ON ' ... etc etc

BUT @model runtime looks for cable.nml in ATM_RUNDIR

QuickFix - added to suite extra line(s):

[file:ATM_RUNDIR/cable.nml] source=namelist:cable

seems to work but maybe more elegant fix available

This affects all the UM namelists. The workaround is to create links in app/coupled/rose-app.conf. This means the UM configuration file can be the same in coupled and AMIP modes.
