List of /apps modules needed on Accessdev #74

NCI are supplying a subset of raijin:/apps into the cloud. If we want to have any supplied in the new version of Accessdev then we need to provide list of such modules needed on Accessdev.

Some initial suggestions are

netcdf - to provide basic file interrogation, eg ncdump

nco - to provide simple netcdf manipulation

udunits - goes with netcdf/nco

xxdiff - useful difference utility

Comments on these ?

Currently accessdev inherits a large collection of modules from the cloud setup. This includes things like R, matlab, vistrails that we don't want people running on accessdev.

Can we prune the set of modules that gets included somehow?
