Set up packaging for `Pypi` release #25

Set up the package files for the Pypi release of amami (to be installed with pip install).

The setup should include:

[ ] Appropriate requirements
[ ] Versioning scheme and way to automatically retrieve version to release (from git tag?)
[ ] Might be useful to setup a workflow mentioned in #9
