Erroneous diagnostics in ESM1.5 output #7

@hrdawson has highlighted that ESM1.5 sea-ice output is erroneous in the first output after a restart.

From APP4 config, it looks like these are the (desired) variables impacted:

These variables are available in CM2 but not in ESM1.5 (yet). This is an issue in the coupling, CSIRO is working on a fix.
