CICE thermodynamic energy conservation in coupling mode #18

CICE crashes with energy conservation errors when coupled to the UM.

Due to a Icepack bug where subroutine arguments where swapped - total flux and conductive flux where then swapped in the thermodynamic routines causing energy conservation issues. Fixed with https://github.com/ACCESS-NRI/Icepack/commit/594fdf4f6872acd553ad1aa8f826aeb5172a104f
