  1. I would recommend to replace TinyMCE to CKEditor. CKEditor more powerful and can be more useful.
  2. It would be very useful to be able to turn on/off WYSIWYG editor for different groups, so they can use editor in reply and ticket description.

I dont have the same opinion. I worked with many wysiwyg editos in the past and tinymce is the best one I used. Why in your opinion is the latest ckeditor more powerful and more useful than the tinymce editor?

Thats a good suggestion but this has to be done later. First we have to finish the admin panel and the frontend / design part

Changes like these have to wait and are not as so important as the big fixes I work on.

CKEditor: better multi-lingual support better support for source editing, blocks better support for tables, image handling, media handling, etc. This is just suggestion.

But right now we at least need to update TinyMCE to latest version.

Will update TinyMCE to the latest version, good point.

But tat can be done also later. Not so important at the moment.

Seems you found http://www.turnkeylinux.org/blog/tinymce-vs-ckeditor and copied some things from there, seems very old.

Why do you need tables, images, media source editing, blocks and so on for a helpdesk editor for writing tickets? Most of these things can not be used in emails and should not be.
