Title update paola #77

This should be really straightforward, as discussed in the meeting I have changed the "tools" name to "software" Other minor change in this section is I added an extra Julia package I found while building the restructure.

Other two minor changes in computations. 1) added empty machine learning file as a reminder to eventually cover this 2) changed the unhelpful "Data chunking" title in computations with "Data chunking with dask examples" not a great title either but just to help us when building the board to distinguish this from actual chunking explanation.
